Located in Fyshwick, one of Canberra’s largest industrial areas, The Flute Bakery brings more to the people of Canberra than any other bakery. With first class chefs personally hand crafting all the Flutes products you can expect nothing less than perfection.
The Flute is classically French with hand crafted artisan bread, pastries, cakes, sandwiches, pies and quiche. Whist not quite tucked away and hidden, the site very cosmopolitan and has attracted a serious following of Canberrans that regularly make the “pilgrimage” to Fyshwick for superb breads and pastries made lovingly on the premises. The locals who patronise the premises regularly, continue to keep returning week after week. During winter, Brett, the Master Chef produces a different soup daily that is often all gone before lunch proving again that a quality product will attract.
